Do you remember the package that arrived a few days ago?
Well, it’s from Roy Bubbenmoyer.
Oh, his new pieces are simply divine!
And they’re available for purchase.

He made a smaller version of the larger 25 drawer cabinet.

All 15 drawers are functional.

Here is a small tilt top table, which could be used as a side table.

…and, Roy has woven & created the most adorable wicker cradle. Your Hittys will have hours of fun rocking their baby dolls in this perfectly crafted cradle.  This bassinet is three inches, but Roy also made several that measure four inches.

A new house, part 4

Hello Everyone,

my new home is finally furnished

and

I would like to take you on a tour.

Please come in!

The kitchen is on the first floor.

Would you care for some tea?

The living room is on the second floor.

I plan to fill the bookcases with more books.

Reading is one of my favorite pastimes.

The attic is on the third floor

and

has been converted into my bedroom.

I hope you’ve enjoyed viewing my decorated home.

As time goes by the furnishings may change

and

I will share those changes with you.

Roy Bubbenmoyer furniture

I’ve received many e-mails regarding the furniture in my home.  Unfortunately, Roy doesn’t have a website were you can see and purchase similar pieces of furnishings for your Hitty’s home.  At the moment, I have several pieces available for purchase.  This furniture is being sold with Mr. Bubbenmoyer’s permission.   For more photos and pricing, please visit here.

We acquired more Roy Bubbenmoyer furniture

at the miniature show.

…a cabinet with many drawers, a table, two chairs, a small shelving piece

(and a couple of other items that we will share at a later date).

…plus a set of Upholstered wing chairs from

Gail Wilson.

{The cradle, quilt rack/wall shelf and small table were also made by Roy.}

{The two cross stitch pieces were created by Barbara Gillander.}

We are thrilled with our new multi-drawer cabinet.

Marilyn insists it looks like an old fashion library card catalog cabinet.

What ever it may be, the drawers offer an amazing

amount of storage space.

…now, let’s move to the other side of the room, what we like to consider

the dinning room area.

{The fainting couch and pie chest are also Bubbenmoyer pieces.

They were previously purchased.}

A small round table for two fits perfectly in this corner.

…and a small shelf unit offers space for future treasures.
